Terms of use

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

These terms govern how you may use the AndNext app. The provider is AndNext, Martin Röhr, Möllhausenufer 31, 12557 Berlin, Germany (see Imprint).

1. Purchase through Lemon Squeezy

Licences for AndNext are sold by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. The purchase contract, including payment, invoice, VAT and refunds, is concluded with Lemon Squeezy; Lemon Squeezy’s terms, which you accept when buying, apply. These terms of use additionally govern the use of the software.

2. Trial period

After first use, you can try AndNext free of charge with every feature for 14 days. After that, your data remains fully readable. To edit, import and fetch data from your bank, you need a licence.

3. Licence

With your purchase you receive a perpetual, non-transferable right to use AndNext for private purposes on one computer. If you switch computers, you can remove the licence on the old one and enter it on the new one. Modifying, reverse engineering or reselling the software, or passing on licence keys, is not permitted unless expressly allowed by law.

4. Updates

Updates for AndNext are included in the purchase price. We continuously develop AndNext and may change, improve or replace features, as long as the core of the app, planning your finances, is preserved.

5. No financial advice

AndNext calculates with the numbers you enter or import. Forecasts are projections, not guarantees. AndNext is not investment, tax or financial advice; you make your own decisions.

6. Your data and backups

Your financial data is stored only on your computer. AndNext automatically creates backups every day. You are responsible for backing up your computer as a whole; we have no access to your data and cannot restore it.

7. Bank connection

For the optional bank connection, you use your own access with Enable Banking, whose terms also apply. Whether and for how long your bank allows the connection is beyond our control.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected. Questions? Write to us at support (at) andnext.app.
